this is what eating healthy and exercising has done for me in the past month.I dropped one pant-size and feel a lot more comfortable.
I’m 6’ tall and around 156 lbs now ( approx 165 before).
This picture helped me realize that even though I’m not losing a lot of weight there is progress. And there will be more =)—-
